Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to manage the end-to end applicant journey for our verification and licensing services. The primary focus of this role is high-volume outreach and providing expert guidance to applicants. While the core responsibility is applicant conversion, the role also involves supporting secondary business development activities by engaging with recruitment agency partners.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor's degree

• With at least 1 year experience in sales / telesales / CSR (preferably within the healthcare or regulatory compliance sector)

• Previous experience with Healthcare Licensing Companies is a plus!

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex documents and information.

• Good working attitude: service-oriented & proactive mindset

• Computer literate (knowledgeable in Google Workspace/Applications)

• Willing to be trained

• Ability to commute/relocate (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
