Medical Sales Representative

About the role

SeriousMD is the EMR and practice management platform used by doctors across the Philippines — records, scheduling, teleconsults, billing, and analytics in one app. NowServing is the patient side: it's how patients find those doctors and book them.

We're opening territories and need people who already have doctor relationships to work them. Your job is to get doctors on the platform, get them actually using it, and introduce them to the clinical programs we run on it — weight management among them, with more coming.

If you're an active med rep with an existing route, a former rep with relationships still intact, or a clinic-side professional with a strong doctor network, this is built to fit alongside what you already do.

Scope of Engagement

• Cover doctors in your territory — clinic visits, hospital medical arts buildings, and follow-ups. Build the route and work it consistently.

• Demo the platform live on a phone or laptop, in the five minutes you get between a doctor's patients.

• Onboard new doctors and walk them through setup — first patient record, first booking, first teleconsult. Sign-up is the start of your work, not the end.

• Introduce and enroll doctors into our clinical programs, explaining how each one runs on the platform and what it means for their practice.

• Train clinic secretaries and staff, who often determine whether the tool actually gets used day to day.

• Work the relationships that matter — secretaries and clinic staff are the gatekeepers, and they decide whether you get five minutes or none.

• Handle first-line questions and issues; escalate technical problems to support and close the loop with the doctor.

• Keep your pipeline and visit records current, and report on coverage, sign-ups, and active usage.

• Represent us at conventions, specialty society meetings, and hospital events.

What they're looking for

Required

• Existing working relationships with doctors in Metro Manila;

• 2 years in medical representation, healthcare sales, or clinic-facing work;

• Tech-comfortable enough to demo an app and troubleshoot a doctor's setup;

• Own smartphone, laptop, and transportation;

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Currently active in the field with a running route;

• Conversational in the dominant local language of your territory;
