Junior Business Analyst

About the role

• Assist the implementation team in documenting business process flows and operational procedures.

• Prepare user manuals and documentation for implemented systems and processes.

• Support data migration activities, including organizing and preparing client data for system import.

• Assist in mapping business requirements to system functionality.

• Help design and prepare printable business forms and reports used within the system.

• Work closely with team members to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with system workflows.

• Participate in implementation projects involving modules such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Accounting, and Project Management
