Junior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the role

Supports the execution and growth of branded affiliate campaigns by managing affiliate relationships, coordinating campaign requirements, and monitoring performance. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding affiliates, ensuring quality campaign execution, and driving affiliate-generated sales for assigned brand accounts. The role also supports the Affiliate Marketing Manager in developing campaign strategies, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve affiliate performance and business growth.

• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates that align with brand objectives and target audiences

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive engagement and long-term partnerships

• Coordinate campaign briefs, product seeding, promotional materials, and content requirements

• Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, content output, and campaign effectiveness

• Review affiliate content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely execution of affiliate activities

• Prepare performance reports and provide insights on affiliate performance and optimization opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction

• Support branded affiliate initiatives that contribute to business growth and revenue targets

What they're looking for

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, or account management is preferred

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

• Comfortable analyzing performance data and identifying optimization opportunities

• Experience preparing reports and presenting campaign performance insights is an advantage

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate, or similar affiliate platforms is an advantage

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
