During my first job as an in-house social media assistant for a single furniture brand, I found myself repeating the same content themes monthly and feeling limited by the narrow product focus.

Task

I needed to decide my career path and sought an environment where I could work on varied campaigns, learn rapidly, and stay ahead of social trends.

Action

I attended agency-led webinars, spoke with agency contacts, and realized that agencies like Publicis offer the chance to switch between brands like finance, beauty, and tech, each with different challenges. I also followed Publicis Groupe's social accounts and industry press coverage to get a feel for the range and creativity of their client work. This confirmed my desire to be in a fast-paced, multi-client setting where I can grow by seeing diverse strategies.

Result
