BPI's Management Trainee program opens with a group interview where all candidates answer individually in front of the group, so they need to see if you can handle that unique pressure and maintain professionalism without being distracted by peers.
General Approach
Acknowledge the challenge honestly but show that you've performed well in similar observed settings. Give a brief example and emphasize your focus on the task rather than comparison with others. Highlight your ability to stay composed under observation.
