What attracts you to applying for the Management Trainee role at PCPPI specifically, and not other companies?

Situation

In my job search, I looked for a role where I could make a tangible impact early in my career rather than observing from the sidelines. I researched companies with strong local manufacturing roots and leadership pathways for fresh graduates.

Task

I needed to identify a program that would challenge me to think strategically, work across functions, and develop competencies like planning and collaboration, while building on my degree in Industrial Engineering.

Action

I studied PCPPI's history, its role as the exclusive bottler for iconic brands, and read about the Management Trainee position reporting to the Special Project Office. I noted that the role explicitly requires PLOC and managing results through others, which matches my capstone project experience where I led a process improvement team. I also spoke to a PCPPI alumna at a virtual career fair to understand the day-to-day pace and leadership exposure.

Result
