Action

I suggested we pause and perform a root-cause analysis. I segmented the data by demographics and discovered that younger respondents misinterpreted a question about 'brand trust' due to wording. I organized a quick focus group with 10 college peers to test alternative phrasing, then we revised the survey and re-ran it with 50 new respondents. I also set up a shared Google Sheet to track version history and assigned data-cleaning tasks to each member.

Result

We identified the misinterpretation, collected cleaner data, and successfully presented our plan. We received the highest grade in the class, with the professor commending our rigorous validation approach and clear team coordination.
