I learned about Boldr's commitment to social responsibility and empowering underserved communities through its B Corp certification and client advocacy programs. This stood out because I have volunteered with local NGOs teaching digital literacy.

Task

I wanted to find a company where my technical skills could support a larger mission, not just resolve tickets. My task was to articulate how my values align with Boldr's.

Action

I researched Boldr's initiatives, like their Boldr Impact programs, and reflected on how my own volunteer work preparing underprivileged youth for tech careers mirrors that mission. I also considered how in my previous support role, I initiated a knowledge-sharing session to help colleagues improve, showing my drive to uplift others. I plan to actively participate in Boldr's community projects and bring that same collaborative spirit.
