Talent Management: Communications Intern

About the role

The Intern will:

• Assist with the development of the communication materials to introduce and sustain major initiatives for enterprise-wide projects, namely: Talent Mobility, Leadership Pooling, HR Functional Competency, FPH Group Competencies, and Executive Hiring and Onboarding;

• Develop various communication materials (micro videos, brief write-ups for internal newsletter, collaterals) of the various initiatives;

• Create a communications plan for enterprise-wide initiatives;

• Support the development of presentations for Talent Management initiatives.

Open to 3rd and 4th year students from Communication or Design backgrounds

• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;

• Excellent skills in crafting communications materials;

• Creative and can work with various types of media and digital formats.
