Customer Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and maintaining the overall appearance and operations of the store. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and committed to providing an excellent shopping experience.

Location: Robinsons Place Manila (Ermita)

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Achieve individual daily sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering product inquiries, and recommending suitable merchandise.

• Promote products and suggest additional items to maximize sales opportunities.

• Recommend strategies to improve the movement of slow-selling merchandise.

Inventory and Asset Management

• Monitor stock levels and report items that require replenishment.

• Replenish and organize merchandise on the selling floor.

• Ensure all products are properly tagged with accurate price labels and barcodes.

• Participate in scheduled monthly and quarterly inventory counts.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to safeguard inventory, cash, fixed assets, store equipment, and other company property from loss, theft, or damage.

Store Image and Housekeeping

• Maintain a professional appearance by observing proper grooming standards and wearing the prescribed company uniform.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• Arrange merchandise displays in accordance with company merchandising standards.

Compliance and Administrative Support

• Comply with all company rules, policies, and operating procedures.

• Attend regular store meetings, training sessions, and other company activities.

• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining professional and respectful relationships with colleagues.

• Perform administrative and other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or immediate superior.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate; Senior High School graduates, vocational graduates, or college-level applicants are welcome to apply.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

• No visible tattoos.
