Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support business decisions and daily operations. You will create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance metrics while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.

• Design, build, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that deliver actionable insights through effective data visualization using BI tools.

• Deliver timely data analysis and actionable insights to assist business leaders and managers with decision-making.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, and other departments) to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Respond to ad hoc business requests by analyzing data and delivering timely, actionable insights.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, business definitions, and reporting rules

• Identify opportunities for automation on manual reporting processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and adherence to security standards.

What they're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related role

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong proficiency in BI tools for building data models, automating reports, and delivering interactive visualizations

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Shows strong commitment to continuous learning and actively pursues opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
