My task was to ensure the order was processed accurately and on time. I had to gather requirements from the client and relay them clearly to the logistics and finance teams, making sure everyone was aligned.

Action

First, I documented all client specifications in a shared spreadsheet, which I discussed with the account manager. Then, I scheduled a quick 15-minute huddle with a logistics coordinator and a finance officer. During that meeting, we identified that the delivery date conflicted with a holiday, so we negotiated an earlier shipment with the client. For finance, I provided all needed documents upfront to speed up credit approval. I then sent a follow-up email summarizing action items and deadlines to all parties.
