Philippine-specific tips for this role

  • Some candidates immediately suggest compromising on quality, which clashes with Nestlé's brand promise. Others freeze and give a one-liner like 'Maghahanap tayo ng ibang supplier' without detailing how. Nervous giggling or saying 'Actually hindi ko pa ito na-eexperience' can break the professional tone.
  • Many test-takers see '40% increase' but then incorrectly apply the 15% drop to the baseline instead of the new elevated number. Others panic when the timer is visible and make sloppy arithmetic mistakes. Using mental math alone without verifying can cost points.
  • Many fresh graduates just repeat the tagline or say "I've loved your products since I was a kid" without linking it to the program's structure. Also, over-apologizing for having less than 2 years of experience undersells the growth potential the program is designed for.
  • Many candidates focus only on their own heroic effort, forgetting to call out the team's role. Others use "we" so much that the interviewer cannot tell what the candidate personally did. Avoid filler Taglish like "Tapos ginawa namin, parang...".
  • Some applicants slip into Taglish like 'Para mas healthy si baby' which is fine at home but feels unpolished in a formal interview. Others over-promise on health benefits, which is risky in regulated categories. Avoid starting with an apology for nerves.
