Philippine-specific tips for this role

  • Huwag mag-Taglish like 'Sir, wait lang po ha, iche-check ko lang po', it sounds unprofessional to international customers. Practice the call entirely in clear English. Also, don't over-apologize without action; 'I'm so sorry, sorry po' isn't enough.
Practice your typing speed to at least 35-40 wpm, and show you can talk and type at the same time. Avoid saying 'medyo mabagal po ako pero mabilis naman mag-isip', it signals you're not ready for the pace.
Interviewers want to hear that you chose this company specifically, not just any job. Replace convenience-based reasons with something you genuinely learned about the company.
Focus on showing you listened and took action, not just saying sorry repeatedly in Taglish.
That's a red flag. Ownership is key, but also show you learned and fixed it. Wag din masyadong dramatic na 'sobrang sorry po talaga', stick to a clear, professional account.
