Order Management Associate

About the role

The Order Management Associate (Pharmacist) provide support in acknowledgment of orders and documentation support to the Order Management team. This role focuses on acknowledgment logging, data organization, and encoding assistance to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.

Essential Functions

A. Order Encoding and Documentation Support

• Receive and organize incoming prescriptions and orders files.

• Ensure prescriptions are properly labeled and stored in digital folders.

• Maintain organized tracking logs of all incoming orders.

• Encode approved orders into designated systems (Compounder, trackers, OneDrive).

• Prepare and organize prescription files (soft and hard copies).

• Assist in backlog clearance during peak volume day.

• Prepares other task requires in order management.

B. Order Acknowledgment Support

• Assist in acknowledging orders across platforms under guidance of Order Management Specialist II.

• Flag incomplete or unclear orders for review

• Ensure acknowledgment logs are updated in real time.

C. Administrative and Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing weekly OMD reports.

• Update trackers, dashboards, and monitoring files.

• Ensure documentation completeness before handover to QA & Logistics.

D. Cross Functional Assistance

• Perform other operationally required tasks assigned by heads.

• Adhere to company standards and policies at all times.

What they're looking for

Education: A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

License: An active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Pharmacist License in the Philippines.

Experience: At least one year of working experience in a pharmacy setting.

Travel & Relocation: A high willingness to travel or relocate near the office in Makati for on-site operations.

Location: In-person or on-site work.
