Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Officer to focus on expanding our GIS and License Reselling business units. In this role, you will drive growth through strategic lead generation, expert sales negotiation, and comprehensive account management throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Job Description:

• Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and generate leads for GIS and licenses reselling opportunities while staying updated on industry trends.

• Close Complex Deals: Draft proposals, conduct tailored product presentations, and lead negotiations to meet targets.

• Manage the Customer Lifecycle: Oversee accounts from initial engagement to long-term retention, including leading contract renewals and resolving client escalations.

• Provide Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of GIS concepts, geo-location solutions, and Google Maps licenses to support clients through smooth implementation and integration.

• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and high-level executives.

What they're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 6 months -2 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for technical sales, GIS, or geo-location services.

• Solid familiarity with GIS products and Google Maps license terms.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
